My childhood mostly consisted of my siblings and I running wild and free, barefoot down the farm – picking wildflowers, making forts out of pine trees and losing ourselves in daydreams and make believe. I like to think that this early love of nature and wild abandon carries on in my photography, as I get to capture my clients in some of the most amazing spots around the Bay of Plenty.

As an adult, my wanderlust for adventure and nature has bought me back to Ohope where I have planted my roots to raise my own spirited boys. It’s here, that we’re finding a new love for the beauty that the ocean and bush hold and trying to give our best to our children. I’ve found motherhood and family to be the most precious gifts this life has given me and I strive to find and create beauty in those relationships daily. It’s that inspiration and gratitude that enables me to capture authentic moments for the families that I get to meet.
